I've recently started to have messages I receive in Outlook Express collapsed, and while I've been able to expand them from the menus it keeps on happening. My question, there, is how I can make individual messags show up without being collapsed and having to open one message to get to the rest of them. This doesn't happen with everybody I get mail from, but it happens enough so that it's annoying. Thanks for any help anyone can offer.
those messages are being grouped by conversation. i think it's in the view menu where you can turn that off, but generally i'd think that'd be a useful feature as what if you run in to a group of messages you don't want to read. you can just delete the first message when it's collapsed and the whole group is gone.
